As lawmakers return to work in Washington this week, two from our region who have been in the headlines for sexual harassment allegations are back there. Sen. Al Franken from Minnesota said he’s embarrassed, but eager to get back to work. Michigan congressman John Conyers stepped down as top Democrat on House Judiciary Committee.
Our schedule will be busy this week. We head to Missouri and Iowa this week. This is the week for The Ag Data Conference in Coralville, Iowa.
Most state Farm Bureaus hold their conventions in next month.
