All too often, we hear the story about the shooter and we know little about the victims. All four of those killed yesterday at the Waffle House were in their 20s.

We can’t be sure yet how 2018 farm bill will turn out or even if it will be written this year. Sometimes, it doesn’t get passed in timely manner. There’s been energy title in farm bill since 2002, but is not in this year’s version. Several of us in farm broadcasting will be in Washington DC this week in hopes of getting some insight into the farm bill.

An industrial hemp shop is opening in Black River Falls, Wis. It will be a growing, processing and retail shop.
