Is it really a divided nation? You often hear that in the media. A new Wall Street Journal/NBC poll says yes it’s a fact. Democrats are less likely to go to church and more likely to favor action on climate change. One third of Republicans support NRA, just 4% of Democrats do. Less than a third of Republicans support increasing diversity of America. 80% of respondents feel the country is divided.
Pleas to president to leave trade agreement with South Korea alone continue. It allows our ag shipments to enter that country tariff free. It’s a major market for Nebraska, worth $393 million, according to Nebraska senator.
Next week is largest totally irrigated farm show in America. It’s in Grand Isle, Nebraska.
Grand Isle is where Nebraska State Fair is held. Almost had record attendance. Minnesota State Fair had largest attendance ever in its 158-year history. Organizers credit the attendance high to weather.
