Champions selected in Greeley Hat Works’ photo contest

On Dec. 1, we launched the “Show Us Your HATitude” photography contest. Sponsored by Greeley Hat Works. We received more than 75 entries, which we then narrowed down to 15 finalists. From there, you voted for your favorite. With close to 300 votes, we tallied up the numbers, and it’s time to announce the two winners!

The range of photos submitted clearly illustrates that ranching families are well steeped in an ethic of hard work and show plenty of personality, grit and charisma. From the 4-H mom, to the bouncing baby, to the weathered rancher, we love all of your entries as they definitely showcase cowboy hats in action!

Now it’s time to announce our winners!

Congratulations to our champion photographer, who received an overwhelming number of the votes -- Cashton Oschner with “Cowboy in training.”

Our reserve champion winner is Lindsey Tulloch with “Pure Focus.”

Both of our winners will take home a Greeley Hat Works hat, valued at $300. Congratulations to our finalists and our champions! Thanks to everyone who participated.

I definitely look forward to doing more photo contests in 2015 and would love your ideas for themes. Let me know your suggestions in the comments section below. If we use your idea, we’ll send you a prize as a thank you! Stay tuned for more details on upcoming contests, and thank you to everyone who participated in this one!
