Clear Communication Key In Lease Agreements

Farmers should pay close attention to how they treat leased acreage and how they communicate to their landlords, advises Northeast Texas farmer Ben Scholz. The key, he says, is to work closely with the landlord and make certain it’s spelled out precisely in the lease.
