NEW Photo Contest Starts Today! Win A Greeley Hat Works Hat!
December 1, 2014
December is here, and that means Christmas is on my mind. What better way is there to ring in the holiday season than with a photography contest and great prizes? We’ve rounded up some great prizes from our sponsor, Greeley Hat Works, and it’s time to get things started. Here’s what you need to know.
Theme: “Show Us Your HATitude®”
What I love about being involved in the agricultural industry is the people. Whether it’s a young 4-H kid, a seasoned rancher, or the mom who holds everything together, the various personalities make for interesting dynamics whenever you’re around a ranching family or rural community.
Subscribe now to Cow-Calf Weekly to get the latest industry research and information in your inbox every Friday!
We want to capture the many personalities of your ranching family, so show us your family’s HATitude® by sending pictures of friends, family and those you hold near and dear to your heart. Bonus points if they are wearing a cowboy hat in the photo!
Contest Dates:
Entries will be accepted until noon on Dec. 10, and we will announce our top 10 finalists on Dec. 11. Once finalists have been chosen, we will ask for readers’ help in choosing our champions. Voting will run until 8 a.m. (CST) on Dec. 17, and winners will be announced on Dec. 18. Prizes: Two champions will take home Greeley Hat Works cowboy hats, valued at $300 each.
How To Enter:
To enter, simply email your photo to me at [email protected] and be sure to include a photo title, your name and mailing address. We would love to hear stories about the people included in your photos, so feel free to share that, as well.
One entry per person, please. Helpful hint: If you have more than one photo you would like to share, enter it under another family member’s name.
Check back often as we will be uploading all entries into a photo gallery for you to enjoy. I can’t wait to see what you come up with. Good luck and thanks for participating!
