Peterson Farm Brothers team up with Culver’s to thank farmersPeterson Farm Brothers team up with Culver’s to thank farmers

The Peterson Farm Brothers are at it again with another video titled, “Takin’ Care of Livestock,” which features images and videos of ranchers tending to their animals in a parody to the old Huey Lewis song, “Takin’ Care of Business.” The video was sponsored by Culver’s as part of the company’s “Thank A Farmer” campaign.
Already, the video has received 32,000+ views and follows a successful collection of videos created by the three Kansas farm boys including “Farmer Style,” “Chore,” and “All I Do Is Farm.”
If you recall, the Kansas farm brothers reached all-star advocacy status when they released their first YouTube video a couple of years ago, even receiving media attention on a national level. Their videos aim to educate consumers about where their food comes from in a catchy, relatable way that incorporates pop culture. Watch their latest video below and let me know what you think.
Having gotten the attention of Culver’s, it makes perfect sense for the food chain and these amazing advocates to team up. After all, Culver’s is a huge supporter of the farmers and ranchers who produce the food they serve at their stores. Who doesn’t love a Culver’s butter burger and custard? Not only is the food great, but Culver’s message to consumers is even better.

Culver’s “Thank a Farmer” campaign has been going on for the last three years, and this year, the chain has ramped up their efforts even more with several new things including: a Culver’s FFA Essay Contest, a Culver’s Calendar Coloring Contest, and a virtual Culver’s Corn Maze Challenge featured on culvers.com.
Forget restaurants like Chipotle which disparage modern farmers and ranchers and use fear to sell their burritos. Pass me a butter burger made by a company that is proud to support and thank America’s farmers and ranchers.
What’s not to love about that? What do you think about Culver’s campaign? Show your support for the Peterson Farm brothers and Culver’s by sharing today’s blog on your social media pages. Thanks for your help!
