There was a very big run of feeder cattle at the test auctions with 37,600 head. This was up about 12,000 head from the previous week because Dodge City had a very big sale over 11,000 head. The prices continued to increase and were steady to $8 higher.

There also was a much bigger run of slaughter cows with 6,100 head at the test auctions which was about 2,000 head higher than the previous week. Prices were mostly $1-2 higher, but did drop lower at a few auctions with larger numbers of cows.
