Higher, higher, higher. The cutout climbed another nearly $90 before finally seeming to hit its peak on Wednesday.

The daily Choice cutout continues its race higher. It ended the week on Friday, May 8 at $460.88 which was $83.43 higher compared to previous Friday. This is on top of the $138 increase over the last two weeks as beef prices skyrocket as processing plants continue to struggle with COVID-19 shutdowns.

The daily Choice cutout then continued to climb higher and was $475.39 on Tuesday, May 12th so it continues to break all-time high records, but it did start to decline on Wednesday so it might be topping out now at these very high prices.
