The daily spot Choice box beef cutout ended the week last Friday at $223.21 which was $1.57 higher compared to previous Friday. It is starting a normal, though smaller, rally prior to the Father’s Day grilling weekend. The daily Choice Rib and Loin primal both quit their recent and are improving in price a little. However, the really big seasonal drop for Rib and Loin products always starts to occur around the Fourth of July after those big grilling holiday sales are over which pushes the cutout lower every year.
