Paul Olsen, DVM received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota in 1985. He spent 25 years in private practice working primarily with dairy cattle, and 4 years as an instructor in the Veterinary Technician Program at a small local university. Paul joined Olmix in 2014 as a Technical Services Veterinarian.

Marie Gallissot obtained a master’s degree in animal science at the University of Tours, France, where she benefitted from the proximity of INRA (National Institute of Agronomic Research) to develop knowledge in the poultry sector. In 2010 she joined Olmix Asia Pacific team in Vietnam to develop the technical department, supporting sales development across Southeast and Northern Asia. For the past ten years, she has been settled in Olmix headquarters in France. While immersed in one of the world’s leading animal production areas (Brittany), she has participated in the development of new products for Olmix, while maintaining technical service activities in different areas. For the past 4 years, she has been working as Product Manager, providing technical support and expertise on a dedicated range of feed additives worldwide, with a particular focus in the United States.

Tony Lupo oversees NEOGEN’s Technical Ser­vices department, which is responsible for pro­viding global technical support for NOEGEN’s comprehensive line of food safety products totaling $300 million USD in annual sales.

Prior to NEOGEN, Tony held positions with Oxford Biomedical Research as a Research Scientist developing in-vitro diagnostics for various human and veterinary applications. After joining NEOGEN in 1998, Tony served as a scientist in NEOGEN’s research and develop­ment group where he specialized in antibody design and purification, bioconjugate chemis­try and assay development for food allergens, mycotoxins and pathogen detection. He then served as manager of chemistry technical services, where he oversaw train­ing, method validation and third-party validations for several of NEOGEN’s product areas, including mycotoxins, allergens and sanitation before ac­cepting his current role as Senior Director of Technical Service in 2009.

He has served on the AOAC International Board of Directors since 2016, has served as AOAC Treasurer, and is currently serving as the board President. Tony also serves on the Food Allergen Research and Resource Program Board of Directors, is HACCP certified and a Preventative Controls Qualified Individual. In addition, he is a guest lecturer for Michigan State University Master’s Program in Food Safety on the topic of Food Allergens. Tony’s four laboratories in Lansing, MI. are home to 24 scientists and support staff providing technical support for all of North America in addition to support of satellite operations totaling an additional 10 scientists located in Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom, India, China and Australia.

Tony is a native of Southeast Michigan and received his Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Oakland Uni­versity. He lives in East Lansing with his wife Alexis, son Phillip, and their English Bulldog Winston. In his spare time Tony has his black belt in mixed martial arts and is an instructor at the Mid-Michigan Academy of Martial Arts in Okemos where he teaches children ages 6 and up.
