The 4C Summit is an executive leadership program hosted by Elanco and MICRO for their top producer clients in the beef and dairy industries. This year’s summit, held at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa in Ojai, CA, is the fourth in the series of annual programs aimed at imparting leadership principles built around the 4Cs – challenges, connections, collaboration and commitment.

Previous summits have been held in Sonoma, CA; Seattle, WA; and Charleston, SC. The aim of this year's meeting was to bring together the concepts imparted in the first three meetings. The program centered around a challenge for attendees to discover their WHY - a focused statement that encapsulates the business mission and also leads and inspires everyone in the organization to take action.

Of course, there was also plenty of opportunity for relaxation, fellowship and the forging of relationships among the hundreds of attendees.
