Hundreds of cattle ranchers came together for the annual Cattlemen's Convention to discuss the issues threatening their industry.

The number of cattle ranchers in the U.S. declines on a yearly basis. With Mother Nature working against them, cattle ranchers are struggling with their production.

"We're out there when it's cold; we're out there when it's now dry or hot. It's just something that you do and you hope you make a little money, but sometimes you may go two or three years and you're lucky to break even," says cattle rancher William Davis.
