Meat Market Update | Grilling season rally begins

The weekly average Choice cutout was only 44 cents lower but the daily Choice cutout started the normal spring grilling season rally, jumping $2.86 by last Friday then another $4 by Wednesday, February 22nd. The daily Choice rib primal climbed $7 in just four working days (Friday through Wednesday) which along with Choice loin increases started the grilling season rally.
