Ed Czerwien, USDA Market News reporter in Amarillo, TX, provides us with the latest outlook on boxed beef prices and the weekly cattle trade.

The Comprehensive or Average Choice Cutout was $5.60 lower for the week ending Saturday, February 14. Additionally, wholesale saw declining sales volume of 6,102 loads, down 499 loads for the week. The exports and out-front sales also saw a dip.
