Part 1
Max Armstrong starts off the show talking with Farm Progress Executive Director Willie Vogt about what he’s hearing at the show. Then he talks with David Beck of Kentucky Ventures about the show itself. Next up is a chat with cow-calf man Marshall Coyle about how much he enjoys being back. Mike interviews Brian Hoops of Midwest Market Solutions, to discuss the hot, hot soybean sector. Next they look at the wheat market and what’s going on with Russia and Ukraine.

Brian Hoops of Midwest Market Solutions rejoins Mike to talk selling cash corn and new crop. Next up they talk cattle kill rates affected by high prices. In the Colby Ag Tech segment Chad Colby looks at the latest in rural internet access through Elon Musk’s Starlink.
Part 3
Mike passes on some information about Grain Bin Safety Week, with information from Nationwide Insurance. Max shares some choice tweets from the past week. In the Samuelson Sez segment, Orion takes on the war between oil and ethanol producers in Washington.

Mike next talks with Robb Ewoldt of the Iowa Soybean Assn. about a recent trip to Brazil. Agricultural Meteorologist Greg Soulje joins the show the weekly weather forecast.

In Max’s Tractor Shed, Max introduces sa 1938 John Deere A owned by the Hocking family in Mr. Carmel, Illinois. They found their old family tractor using a unique way to identify it. In the FFA Chapter Tribute Mike Pearson chats with John Petersen, South Dakota State FFA Vice President. He’s looking forward to getting out and visiting other chapters. He got involved in FFA by just volunteering for everything.

Max reports once again from NFMS, where he met a number of visitors and manufacturers.
