Max Armstrong talks about a flood warning for the Ohio River, cattle impact on greenhouse gases, a college football player misdemeanor and President Lincoln.

The Ohio River is expected to flood in Kentucky after many days of rain. The warning starts this afternoon.

With talk of cattle flatulance, the industry is sharing data about where greenhouse gases really come from. According to EPA, more than half comes from electricity generation and transportation combined. And beef cattle account for less than 2%.

A Notre Dame football player has been charged with three misdemeanors.

Happy birthday, President Lincoln.
