  • Flat Iron Steaks (smaller the better)
  • Buns get creative there are so many breads)
  • Cheese (get creative there are so many kinds)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Worcestershire sauce


  • Grill the flat irons low and slow so they finish tender
  • Season to your liking(I love teriyaki, but then skip the other seasoning and cheese)
  • Put your flat iron steak on a bun and treat it like a burger!
